Arrived to home for 9 year old water heater. Customer wants to be proactive about replacement mostly because water heater is on second floor. Currently the relief is dripping on water heater into pan. Expansion tank on top of heater has failed which most likely the reason. Left multiple options. Any option chosen we will be giving back the expansion tank at no cost. 59 waived
