Arrived on site to perform members annual plumbing inspection. While checking under kitchen sink we saw residue build up on a connection on the trap, after further inspection we found that the gasket had cracked and push above the nut. Due to it not currently leaking we put pipe dope on threads and tightened. Customer was made aware that if it does start leaking that section of trap will have to be cut off of connection to garbage disposal and replaced due to the baffled end of that connection preventing just a replacement of washer. Customer also has crack in shower pan and after talking is interested in getting a quote for vanity, faucet, toilet, and shower pan installation. Shower head also has drip leading us to believe that the cartridge is failing.
