Arrived on site and customer explained that she had sprinkler company out to winterize sprinkler system. They discovered that the assembly put in place to blow out line was installed improperly and the port was before the ball valve making it useless. Provided estimate to make proper repairs. Customer would not like to move forward at this time. Ph 6.5 Hardness 3
