Job Checkin

Yesterday, we had recently attempted to replace the anode rod on the existing 40 gallon natural draft water heater. After the failed attempt, the client has called and stated that there is very little water pressure and the hot water is not hot. Client stated they had turned the ball valve back on and relit the pilot but the water throughout the home is still not hot. I arrived and drain water and discovered that there was large amounts of air in the system from the attempt of removing the anode rod, since you have to drain the tank to replace the rod. I ran all fixtures on the hot side only to remove all the air out off the system. The system had been air locked, with it being air locked, the system can not properly recover the heat on the system. I purged the system of air and there is not very hot water going throughout the home. I also reshifted the after heater back in it place since it was moved slightly from attempting to remove the anode rod. No 39$
