Arrived to the home, customer has recently purchased their home, and there are a few issues with the plumbing. Home has been flipped, and the waterfall faucet in the master bedroom leaks from the handle whenever turned on. The existing faucet is of unknown brand and replacement is recommended with a more popular manufacturer. The toilet in the hallway has a crack on it, the vanity has a crack as well, lastly, the shower valve is also of unknown brand. I provided options to install customer products or also a toilet provided by MyGuy Plumbing. If customer calls back to have us perform any service quoted, we will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of that servic.
