Arrived on site client stated he had 2 toilets backing up that were both back to back. Upon arrival both toilets were filled to the top and it appears that other fixtures are draining. Left option to pull toilet and snake main. Client will need to speak with landlord for approvals. Will credit back the visual diagnostic with the work.
