Arrived to the home, customer stated that they have only lived in the home for two months and the home had been vacant for a while prior to them moving in. Ever since they moved in the water pressure has been very poor. Customer can not use more than one fixture at a time, if they do, the pressure drops to almost a trickle. The static water pressure in the home is standing at 65psi which is normal, but drops as soon as another fixture is being used. I diagnosed this issue as a valve not opened all the way or a potential issue with the water line from the curb stop to the home. I have found the curb stop valve, is located less than two feet from the homes foundation, and the tube is very rusted which pinholes. My theory behind this, is that the while the home was vacant the town maybe shut off the water under the window, now that someone now lives there, the curb stop is not opened all the way or broken.
