Annual Plumbing Inspection completed. Hardness 3 PH 7.4 Pressure 43psi Chlorine .5ppm During the inspection I have located a few minor issues, home is on the smaller size, with only one full bath. All angle stops in the home are extremely hard to turn. There is one angle stop with an illegal compression tee fitting under the kitchen sink that feeds both hot water to the faucet and to the dishwasher. Under the bathroom sink, both shut off valves are hard to turn and the pop up assembly appears at on point it leaked, but there are no leaks at this time. Lastly, the dryer vent in the crawlspace has a huge trap from the flexible tubing. Customer has requested to have estimates built to resolve the issues located on the inspection.
