Arrived to the home for no hot water and an existing 50 gallon power vented water heater leaking from the base and into the pan. I provided options for replace And client would like to go through with replacement and become a member. Disconnected and removed existing 50 gallon power vented water heater from the home. Supplied and installed new ball valve, copper pipe and fittings, gas flex, and sch 40 PVC Secured all my connections and turned the water on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Permit fees are at homeowner cost. *Client is now a member. *I will be returning Monday afternoon, last stop to install a 3/4 Vacuum relief valve for the client and put the burner cover back on, client is aware.
