While evaluating this issue, the technician noticed the curb key was buried in dirt and he was unable to access it or turn it off. The town was notified. Then yesterday, September 18 2025 the town notified the customer that there was a leak at the curb key and the responsibility for repair was hers. After an in-depth evaluation on September 19, 2025, the following has been determined: * there is an active leak at the curb key * in order to determine the significance and exact location of the leak.
