Arrived to the home for no hot water, the existing water heater is a Rheem from a big box store and is approximately 9years old. After a very through evaluation I was able to determine that the gas valve has failed. I provided options and the client would like to go through with the work quoted. Due to time restrictions, client has requested to have us return tomorrow morning first stope to replace the water heater. I have accepted a deposit for the work to be completed.
