Arrived to the home for no hot water. Existing water heater was 13 years old, after and evaluation the gas valve has failed. I provided for repair or replacement client would like to replace water heater. Drained and removed existing water heater from home Supplied and installed brand new 50 gallon gas water heater Supplied and installed new gas pipe, copper pipe and ball valve Secured all connections Turned system on to check for leaks There are no leaks at this time Replaced expansion tank as a 1 time curtesy *permit fees are at home owners cost *customer is now a member
