Arrived at customers home for a leaking tub spout and for the shower head leaking while tub spout is on. After diagnosing the problem and presenting options we replaced the tub spout. We installed a brand new brushed nickel tub spout and re caulked. After replacement the tub spout is working as intended. While the tub spout is on, there is still water coming from the shower head. This is most likely due to the tub spout being run in PEX, which is incorrect. I left the customer with options if they choose to rectify this problem in the future.
