Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat and hot water. Upon inspection found that there was an error code of 110. Contacted Navien and reset the unit everything appears to be in working order checked all components that Navien stated would cause the error code and everything checks out and they think it is was a one time issue. Navien does recommend repiping the system properly and to their specifications and also installing a relay board because only one zone can run off that unit not two. Gave options and customer will need some time to think about. Also replaced batteries on first floor thermostat as a courtesy. Price includes new all new copper piping on heat side , circulators, relay board, gas piping, and air intake.
