Arrived on site to winterize outdoor shower and install customer supplied faucet and customer supplied lav faucet. Installed both faucets and tested for leaks when done. There are no leaks at this time. Winterized outdoor shower removed shower head and drain plug. Opened both boiler drains and closed valves on the inside. Clients shower head cracked and advised the client to call MOEN to get it covered under warranty.
