Service Summary: We initially replaced the flapper and fill valve, as the toilet was not flushing properly and the fill valve was not functioning correctly. After installation, the toilet flushed properly for 3-4 test runs, but it became clogged during testing. We used a closet auger to attempt clearing the debris from the toilet trap, which had a significant buildup of debris. When this didn’t work, we ran the lavatory sink to check for mainline stoppages. Bubbles formed in the toilet, indicating a blockage in the main line. We removed the toilet and used our K60 machine, running all 6 cables on the truck. After waiting for additional cables, we ran 2 more cables and successfully cleared a paper towel blockage in the line. We then ran the lavatory sink and tested the drain line with a 5-gallon bucket to ensure there were no further stoppages.
