Completed $29 whole home inspection, starting with the kitchen found an issue with the kitchen faucet aerator spraying water onto the counter tops and along the top of the sink, customer has new faucet in hand and pricing was provided to replace No other issues found within the kitchen, looked at water heater located in one of the first hallway closets and found the 20 year old heater still producing hot water however with a blown lower element, this can cause the runtime of the heater to be half or less than average, as the heater is not able to adequately heat with only one element, given the age of the heater the technician recommends replacing with a new 50 gallon electric heater, which will come with a new expansion tank and water heater drain pain. As well as correcting the water piping issue, water heaters require a minimum of 18” of copper piping from the top of the heater, existing material is only CPVC. Could not find any other issues or recommendations to make within the ho
