Attempted to locate issues with the upstairs classroom toilet Found when this toilet is turned on it is constantly running Technician initially assumed the solenoid was stuck open and not allowing the diaphragm to seal Removed wiring assembly to verify the solenoid, however with the retrofit style flush valve there is unfortunately not a way to replace the solenoid, they’re installed by manufacturer Replacing this flush valve handle would be the next best option Customer opted to remove the flush valve from another toilet upstairs and install on the classroom temporarily Todd would like to purchase another valve on his own and replace at a later date Mentioned I cannot warranty any of the parts being swapped around, if anything happens with them we would be happy to come by and replace/take another look
