Matt arrived when expected, listened while I explained the problem I was having with the water softener, and went right to work. I went about my normal workday routine. After an hour or so, Matt explained all the tests he had done on my softener, what it needed done, how much it would cost and when it could be scheduled. I was amazed at all the tests he had done, and not a drop water on the floor. He gave me a complete explanation, and answered all my questions. I am delighted to have found such a thorough and pleasant individual to help with my water softener.
