Existing 85 gallon pressure tank was only holding 24 psi on the bladder side. Tried putting the correct amount of air in the tank, but had no success. This tells me the bladder inside the tank has ruptured. Tank needs to be replaced asap. Changed 10” whole house filter because the existing filter was complete toast. Even with the new filter installed the water pressure inside the home was very poor. Ended up isolating each water right filtration unit to see if they were the cause of the pressure issue. Turns out the 1054 IMPBF acid neutralizer is the cause of this issue, once that unit was isolated water pressure to the home was restored. Filter needs to be removed and serviced asap. Filter had been bypassed for the time being. Water pressure at the kitchen sink is still lazy because the sprayer head is compromised. I know this because the pressure is absolutely phenomenal without the sprayer head. Sprayer head needs to be replaced or the faucet needs to be replaced.
