Existing well pump is getting the proper 240 volts it needs, but not producing water. Well pump has burnt up and needs to be replaced asap. Existing 45 gallon pressure tank is on a 30-50 pressure switch, this means the air inside the tank should be set at 28 psi. The existing tank is only holding 12.5 psi at this time. This tells me the bladder inside the tank has ruptured and the tank needs to be replaced along with the well pump. Installed new 3/4hp 7gpm well pump, 10-2 well wire, 1” black poly well piping, well seal, 52 gallon pressure tank, 1 1/4” tank tee kit and main water shutoff valve. New well system is operating as it should at this time with no issues. Wrote down all of the information for the well on the 52 gallon pressure tank.
