Found Walk-In Freezer left side evaporator fan motor was stuck do to ice build up on shroud. Put unit into defrost and checked amp draw on defrost heaters and they are operating properly. Thawed ice with hot water and started unit up, fans came on right away Checked the defrost thermostat for fans and it was bad so I replaced and checked the operation of the rest of the system and it is operating properly at this time.
Walk in cooler doors need gaskets. Walk in freezer gasket is okay for now per Adam... Adam would like both cooler door gaskets replaced. Capital cooler door dimension 30.25" dart to dart across top and bottom, 70" dart to dart both sides.. gasket fits full around entire door. pictures of the gasket are attached for this door. nothing to match on my gasket ring from truck. Penn cooler door dimensions 35" dart to dart across top, 78" long on both sides. nothing to match on my gasket ring from truck. Capital door hinges are loose and worn out. door does not shut properly without pushing it shut. should quote new complete replacement door and frame, tried to fix gasket best possible in the interim.
Found 3rd left thermostat bad on VHL Grill, also needs 5 dial labels. 9-18-18 Replaced the thermostat and the temperature rings. Worked with chef to get calibration and temps the way they like. Verified temps with grill probe and a pyrometer. Temps are good.
