Found - Ice Machine Water distributor not fully in place causing water to track out front of unit. Snapped back in place and checked operation. Unit produced 3 good batches, unit producing properly.
Run both Vulcan range ovens to 375° F and cycle. Gas pressure is 10.2 " wc and drops to 9.8 " WC with all burners on. Left oven reaches set temp and over shoots by 10° Oven cools to just under 360 and slowly heats back up to set temp. Thermostat seems to be reacting slow. Will obtain a oven thermostat for left oven . Right oven is at temp and cycles. Temp calibration ok. Customer would like to have done by Wed next week. but do not qwp (expedited freight) In service . Ordered through shop. 5/31/18 Removed old thermostat and replaced with new one. Tested for leaks, oven cycled and set bypass temps within +- 10f Oven is working properly.
Boiler filled low level light never went out and heat light did not light up on board or front panel. Pulled probes. Cleaned LWCO. Light lit and high probe but not low probe. Shorted to ground at board. Still did not light. Will obtain board and return. 10-20-17 Disassembled machine to test water board. Found that the board was ordered is wrong. There is no model or serial # on unit. Customer is getting paperwork with model # on it. Will order correct board and return. no charge per service manager 10-25-17 Took out LWCO board and rewired with new board. Reassembled and powered on unit. Fill with water and allowed to heat and fill. Unit filled an heated. Unit boiled water. Elements have 13.5A draw. Back in service. After unit fills, cust must hit reset and hold for a couple sec when first starting. This is in unit directions.
