Checked temperature and belt speed of bottom oven. Found belt speed right on with display. Found temperature setpoint at 485°f. and actual temperature reaching 502°f. Spoke to customer was told they rarely use bottom oven. Set bottom oven temperature and belt speed per customer's approval.
checked over unit, found heat is low and display is set up for a different model unit. Got into set up settings. Changed to correct model, also calibrated temps found all running okay at this time. Spoke to manager, stated noise is in am, no issue at this time, will call back if issue returns.
Found unit running at temp. Flipped lever for pump, came on and worked. Spoke to staff, found they didn't know about issue, they called manager, said it would not start pumping, customer will filter vats at a later time and will call if issue returns.
