Checked over Microwave Oven unit. found air filter clogged solid. cleared and reinstalled and tested unit. found all okay at this time. let heat to ready all okay at this time. customer stated air diffuser in oven is missing. will order new and return. 6/16/2020 Installed new air diffuser, tested operations, confirmed unit working correctly at this time.
Inspected the right side oven on range unit, found pilot light out, tested the thermocouple and found it was bad, we replaced it with a new one. We tested the unit after and pilot was good
