Found Gas Fryer unit off. Pilot lit normally and so did burner. Checked pilot mv and at 280mv and dropped to 180mv under load, almost too low to keep burner lit. Checked incoming gas pressure and a bit low but no adjustment left on gas valve. Turned up main regulator a bit and tested. Mv readings still fairly low but staying lit under load now at around 200mv. Spoke with customer and will let unit go over weekend to see if issue persists. Gas lines to both fryers 1/2" may be an issue with gas volume. 3/15/21 Spoke with Eddie and asked to check tstat on unit to see if over heating. Found unit off. Let heat and set to 350 degrees. Unit turned off at 355 degrees. Let cycle a few times and ok. Turned tstat up all the way and unit shut off at 384 degrees. Well within hi limit threshold. Removed 1/2" supply lines and installed new 3/4" lines and tested for leaks. Had unit in question up to temp while changing other supply, when done checked oil temp again and up to 387 degrees set at 350. Ts

Found Reach-In Cooler unit off. Put gauges on system and started unit. Found pulling 8n to a vacuum in a few seconds, suspected low on charge. Used leak detector on system and definitely leak around evaporator. Removed evap shroud and inspected coil. Charged system with nitrogen to 200psi and coated evap coil with leak bubbles. Found leak at bottom left of coil. Evaporator will need replaced. Unable to find parts manual for unit to get quote for coil. Will have to call manufacturer tomorrow for part information.
