Arrived at location on 9/26/22 - Checked the fryer and after running it a little I smelled gas. Traced the the union between the gas valve and burner manifold. Removed the burners and tighten the union. Power On and leaked checked and no leaks now. aPilot line ok. Ran to temp and temps are ok. Gas pressure is 8 inches wc And maxed out at gas valve. Customer to have LP gas co check incoming pressure. Unit back in service.
removed old CEC fryer and installed new. ran and tested. unit working properly at this time.
Arrived on site and checked in with MOD. customer complained under counter bar cooler unit not getting cold. found evap fan motor has expired and needs to be replaced. will order and return to repair. 10/28/20 Arrived on site and checked in with MOD. removed and replaced evaporator fan motor and blade. ran and tested. unit working properly at this time.
Returned to replace HOS Ice Machine water distribution hose per work order. Upon arrival unit was off on external timer. Removed the old hose, measured and cut new hose. Reassembled unit back together and tested the unit. Monitored unit in freeze and harvest cycle. Unit is making ice properly. Unit is service.
