Examined Oven unit. confirmed service17 error. also found fans not working, replaced relay board.
Examined Oven unit, found care pump not working and wires to pump cut off and wire nuts. removed and replaced pump and rewired pump tested y4 opening pump running customer will run cleaning and advise
Examined Oven unit, found no water to clean jet pump and no moisture solenoid, removed and replaced triple solenoid, tested water to moisture solenoid none out of y4 solenoid pulled solenoid no voltage to y4 voltage 207 to moisture solenoid ohmed wiring back to board ohmed out removed and replaced relay board, did not solve problem, unit heating in steam, when turned on not heating in dry heat - tried replacing touch screen, did not solve problem, removed board. Called Rational, spoke to Romo, he said could have shorted wire inside unit, will return. 11/1/19 Returned for service, traced problem to relay board, no coil power out of relay board, replaced relay board, unit heated in steam and hot air but hot air elements inner element staying on - traced problem to new relay board coil voltage not dropping out, relay stuck closed, will order new board. 11/4/19 Returned for service, removed and replaced relay board in bottom of oven, tested, ran in steam and hot air oven, oven heated cor
examined RAG Elec Oven, unit found main control board shorted out and water stains on board and top of unit set removed and replaced board check for shorts to ground, none found, tested operation, tested good - returned for Service, customer stated timer not working - tried setting time, would only set 1 or 2 minutes, tried going through function test, could not navigate around, found pulse generator bad, will order asp per Mike. 6-13-18 Returned and shut unit off. Removed and replaced pulse generator. Turned unit on, set timer for min & seconds. Tested, timer okay.
Examined unit. Found gas valve behind unit off. turned on. Found gas leaking from unit main shut off near ignition system. will order valve and return. 2-16-17 Removed old wedge style gas valve and replaced with current style ball valve. Checked for leaks.
Had to cut drain line to get unit away from wall. Removed and replaced hood rod, washers, bearings, rollers and hardware. Reattached drain line. Tested. Door now moves up and down with no issues. Ran a few cycles. Tested good.
