Per customer Sterilizer max temp obtained is 118 deg c, min required is 121 deg c. Found left inner (wire #17) burned off element at ring terminal. Stripped wire and it is shiny, does not show any signs of heat damage. Element flag ok, ring terminal came off without effort. Polished flag and ring terminal and screw with new, tested ok and elements cycling properly @ 123 deg c w/customer max temp thermometer.
Customer called and Id'd broken part. We ordered one and will return to replace Replaced fulcrum & drain assembly. Adjusted and tested ok. No leaks. Customer retained old part.
Performed PM. Checked and found no steam leaks and all components functioning OK with the exception of rate of de pressurized (exhaust) seems slow. Not a critical function on fast exhaust. Per customer DNR. Elements cycling okay. Cycle relief valve, gauge temp 124 deg C. All test point temps within .5 deg. C of gauge @ right front left center and center. All test okay and very clean environment.
