examined Holding Cabinet unit, found wires for top heating element burnt off. Infinite switch is also sticking, 120v. Will need about 10 feet of 14g insulated wire and a Robert Shaw 120v infinite switch and some high temp female disconnects. Customer is using unit, will have to be flipped over to replace wires, first thing in the morning job. Repair leaking pilot upon return. 1/6/20 replaced 120v infinite switch for top element. Replaced 3 female disconnects with high temp ones and replaced 1 foot of wire with 14g silicone insulated as element wires were burned. Tested unit, unit heats and cycles.
examined Hot Well unit, opened control panel, this has thermostats not infinite switches, will have to order, this is second from left (#2) with broken stem. 3-7-19 Replaced t stat second from left, turned on power, Blackmon heat's and cycles.
Shut off gas to Convection Oven unit. Replaced 3rd burner valve from right. Turned gas back on. pilot checked for leaks, none. NOTE: per customer, they don't use oven in this unit.
