Arrived at location on 6/25/21 to replace gaskets on reach in cooler. Doors sealing well.
Found Burner unit with gas shut off. Checked manifold pressure and at 0"wc. Tested supply and good gas supply. Bad regulator. Removed faulty regulator and installed new one. Set manifold pressure to 3.5"wc. Pilot and front burner working normally. Rear burner not lighting from pilot. Found burner air gaps clogged with grease. Burner does not come apart to clean inside. Tried scraping build up grease but still not lighting. Told customer to soak over night and clean. If issue persists call.
spoke to John with HMC. He showed all cooking equipment units that needed attention. straighten find on cold well. (left of circled grill ). lit pilots and tested burners on circular grills. ok filled 4 hot/cold wells to verify fill levels. adjusted auto fill kit to proper levels. found 6" to be fill level per spec. found at max height fills to 5". lit pilots on griddle and char broiler and tested burners and tstats. found ok. griddle has bent front panel and rust on griddle surface. lit pilots on charbroiler and range in back kitchen. tested burners and thermostat on oven. found ok blower on oven ok.
