Arrived at location on 5/6/22 - Replaced plug head with new. Plugged in unit and verified proper operation. Found condenser dirty so sprayed with coil cleaner. Recommended maintenance agreement and found all 3 door gaskets have rips. Manager said they would talk with owners and let us know if they want gaskets ordered. No other recommendations at this time.
Arrived at location on 4/11/22 - Customer explained fire too high on oven and burners. Found regulator plugged and non adjustable. Replaced and verified proper operation. All is good at this time.
checked over back line fryer unit, found bad connection in plug for filter. repaired wire and tested, found okay after filtering each vat.
Found basket hanger broke on PIT Fryer, will order and replace. 9/18/19 Removed protective coating and installed new hanger. **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 190580**
Converted Fryer unit to NAT, checked and set pressure to 3.5. All okay at this time.
Found Bunn Coffee Machine unit on. Looked over unit, found nozzles and lines to be clogged. Cleaned nozzles/lines and recalibrated bypass and flow. Unit operates correctly at this time. Spoke to Cheryl to close the call out.
