Over time - Found Ice Machine bin empty and machine not running. Ice curtain was hung open because the pivot points for the curtain are oblong due to wear. Was able to shim the pivot point and the ice curtain closes properly now. machine made ice and harvested properly. Ice thickness is fine

Verified customer concern. Per customer right side is not working. Checked and found element terminals rusted off. Element will need replaced. The model and serial data was worn off of this unit. Contacted Shelly at MFG to attempt to ID table model and part number for element. It appears the Model is a DHT5-208. If that is the correct model a 303173 element will be needed. Looked at pictures of element and it appears to be correct but will need to order and try it. Will order element and return, unit will need new electrical terminals installed there also. 5/31/18 Returned with element Removed defective element and installed new element on first well. Tested unit after installing element, unit has 3.8 amps on each leg. Let heat up and steam . All OK
