arrived. customer stated Pitco fryer unit wasn't returning oil. and also stated unit says to replace jib after they've replaced it. checked drain pan and found filter in elbow was clogged. did remove and clean. also replaced filter pad. filter pad was installed properly. reinstalled pan and tested. unit now filters oil. oil quality was poor but did not replace. advised customer. Also did clean TPM sensor to make sure it was clean. did filter all three vats and is ok for use also showed customer how to manually reset jib. ***Warranty claim rejected -- Per Pitco - Warranty does not pay for clogs and cleaning, please invoice the customer****
While at location I was asked to look at a spare toaster oven due to it not heating properly, I tested and found it was heating but weak. I tested mags system one at a time and found front mag only pulling 3 Amps. I removed maga and put the front in the rear to see if problem follows the mag. When I retested system I had proper Amps at front and rear mags. Customer tested unit and product cooked very well and they don't want to put parts in at this time.
