While on site for another work order the top c/o, right side inner door glass of Steamer shattered. Need new inner panel. Spoke to jim at Southbend. Broken glass not covered under warranty. Larry said to order and install. will obtain and return. Larry said to next day air (QWP) the part. I vacuumed out as much of the glass that I could reach. Will return. 1/17/20 Unhooked gas and electric. Pulled oven to back room. Disassembled right door. Removed broken glass panel. Vacuumed any broken glass. Installed new glass/panel. Reassembled and put back in place. Hooked up gas and plugged in. Turned on. Heated to temp. Back in service.
