Performed grill certification. Installed new cow seal and cold shrink to platens. Installed new shaft seals and o rings. While changing out shaft seals found that the shaft tube seals where coming out from left and middle platen Will obtain parts under warranty. Zeroed out platens and checked operation by performing food safety. all operation ok 2= 4600477= tube seals under warranty, need new wo
checked out Clamshell unit and found the right grill and right side not working so pulled back cover off and found grease all over the inside. cleaned and checked operation, okay but going to need an actuator and limit switch so will order and return. 8-6-19 replaced parts on right grill, right platen actuator and upper and lower limit switches, tested okay.
Found Fryer filter screen not being used and not available. Filter pad is being sucked into return pick-up tube. 6-12-19 Returned with customer requested expedited shipped filter screen. Cleaned filter pan and reassembled. Tested filter #2, okay. Advised customer may need to clean filter pan between vats due to heavy crumb accumulation.
Checked Gas Fryer unit. good instantaneous ignition, good flame sense. after a while, right starts loosing flame sense with poor flame quality an indication burner issue. troubleshot burner and found obvious issue. reassembled with new right side igniter. right loosing flame sense again. checked and found combustion burner not turning and no voltage to burner. replace ignition relay and all tested ok. Left and right side 3.2 ya @3 wc gas pressure.

Checked unit, had no voltage to motor. checked paddle switch and jam switch, both okay, went to contactor, found tripped, reset conveyor motor - started to run. Tested amp draw. with in spec. Turned overload up 1/2 amp ran unit for 5 min. Unit operational - job complete.
Found vac breaker leaking on Under counter Dishwasher. Cleaned float and seat stopped leaking but found small leak at elbow for chemical is cracked where it goes in. Will obtain and return. 8/23/17 Installed rinse contactor. Unit filling. Tested okay. Unit operational.
Found solid state timer is not consistent. Unit shut off on me in the middle of a cycle. Increased time on timer and unit still does it at random. Showed Carol how to switch it to manual if it acts up again. Jill said it was okay to order timer. - Waited until customer was done using unit. Changed out the relay (Tr2) & restarted unit. Sent 1 tray through and waited. Unit shut off @ 3 minutes. Timer relay set at 3 min. Okay & back in service.
Unit functions, but no display. Dropped front panel. Found controller buried in grease. Cleaned out. Checked connections. Still has no display. Unit in question is the one that is not cooking correctly. Customer was guessing it was set to HI but not sure. Need display/controller. Will order. Changed out control. Booted up and got error. Called Garland twice. Both times they told me to check limit switches and t-couple wires. Did that and error still there. Looked in my book and found the error is because the control has newer software than the MCB. Called Garland back and spoke to Kevin. Said we need to install controller 4530493. Returned and installed controller. Middle platen stuck up. Had to clean out rear around limit switches. Re-gap right clam. Reset mag switches. Cooked product and adjusted times. Product hitting 160 min. Unit in use.
SalvaJor Disposer Tech - Checked unit. Blade spins freely. Checked voltage and have 208v, 3ph to motor from forward and reverse contactors. Electrical cover was dropped on unit and had water and debris inside. Quote customer for repair and replacement.
