Arrived at location on 6/2/22 - Removed old pitco unit and installed replacement Belshaw fryer in its place. Had to make adjustment to incoming gas manifold to make connection. Tested and have no gas leaks. Verified manifold pressure. Let unit heat to temp and cycle to verify temps. Unit ok for use.
Arrived at location on 5/19/21 customer stated that the grill side HLZ will not turn on. I found broken wire at fuse block. I removed cord and repaired wiring. I also found HLZ receptacle with damage. I have unit working well now. I will order parts and return to make repairs. Returned to location on 6/28/21 with follow up parts for HLZ. I turned breaker off and replaced plug and receptacle. I tested unit working well.
Found the ice damper on the Ice Machine laying inside the ice bin. the right side flange that holds the damper in place is broken off. also one of the damper pins are worn half way thru and will need replaced. will get authorization to order evaporator frame assembly and ice damper.
Steamer unit shuts off randomly. checked and found hi limit trips. also unit needs delimed. will also order new probes. 1-03-19 Arrived. unit was off. had to pull element to replace hi limit. cleaned boiler cavity while open. reinstall with new hi limit. delimed unit and drained. flushed unit out. installed new probes. ran and flushed unit again. heated unit and made sure its function is okay. okay for use
Found prep table on front fryer side broken, front half hanging from back. Was able to drill out and fasten table with self tapping screws to frame of table. Tested, unit seems to be sturdy, okay for use.
Arrived, manager stated fan was making noise and may have working issue. Checked found molex connector pins pulled out did replace. Also fans are making a lot of noise, customer would like the three cooling fans replaced. Will obtain parts and return. 5-17-18 Arrived. removed all three cooling fans and replaced with new. Did clean out fan vents while they were apart. Reinstalled and tested. Okay for use at this time.
