Found MAN Ice Machine unit screws hanging loose and distribution tube out of place. ITP was also adjusted wrong. Machine was recently cleaned by the manager. Put all parts back into place and adjusted ITP. Observed machine harvest 2 sheets properly. Ice thickness is now 1/8” and ice formation is good. Everything is running good at this time.
Found Reach-In Freezer unit running but compressor not running when I arrived, checked compressor and found open windings on compressor, compressor is bad and will need replaced, customer would like part replaced, 7/24/20 Picked up parts. Removed old compressor and installed new compressor, drier and vacuumed and recharged unit. Unit now runs.

Checked gas pressure on Griddle, OK. Removed pilots and cleaned. Also changed couples. Brought up to temp, tested OK. 12/31/19 At location with follow up part for left flattop grill. I turned gas off and removed covers. I then replaced bad safety valve and tested unit is working well.
removed existing steamer filters and installed new filters and flushed for 10 minutes.
Arrived. found Microwave Oven unit had 115 F4 errors, customer said they couldn't cook in unit at all. checked and found switches all closing at appropriate times. did replace monitor switch and tested again. unit cooked multiple times okay, then started to shut down every time they wanted to cook. opened unit back up and found components very hot. checked and found cooling fan filter very clogged. did clean and monitored unit again. same issue was still present. made new connections on monitor switch and also hardwired a mulex connector that was brittle and breaking. also found secondary switch in poor condition. made repairs and tested. unit seems to be functioning okay at this time. okay for use.
arrived on site and tested Griddle electrical outlet. outlet had proper voltage. upon inspection of unit I found the thermostat needs to be replaced as well as the power cord for the unit. will take unit to Lancaster shop obtain parts, fix and return. 9/19/19 Installed parts in Lancaster shop. Arrived on site and put equipment back in place and turned on power to unit. Turned on and set to 350°. unit okay for use.

Arrived, shut breaker off to top Convection Oven unit, replaced temp control and probe. turned on, now heats, allowed to heat, monitored temps, verified cycling. OK for use.

Checked sprinkling system. Part of the business had water damage from a burst water pipe. checked small walk in. no water damage observed and unit is working. checked the two Leder display cases. no sign of water inside unit. left unit did have the GFI breaker tripped. both units are cooling at this time. Checked the Maturmeat curing unit. was coming down to temp. cabinet lights are not working. manager said it will take a long time to come down to temp and the rest of the system to be checked out. he said he will do that. i did call and left voice mail about the lights not working.
Found customer says it leaked out of the back of the unit and flooded the floor when no one was there, they came in and water was all over the floor. Did not know if the wash tub was over full. I did find the vacuum breaker in poor condition, plunges were sticking, also unit needs a pressure regulator so the water level is lower in the tub. I did replace the vacuum breaker, will obtain a regulator and return. 5/23/18 installed a new water regulator. I checked ops water pressure 9-10 psi okay, ready to use .
Checked with owner. showed me that idler away falling apart on toaster. Removed side and checked. Will obtain needed parts and return. 2/5/18 Arrived. Customer shut unit down for me, showed me the broken part. Did remove old idler and install new. Reapplied slight tension to chain. Tested and unit now works smoothly. Unit okay for use.
Removed old booster. Had to get a new seal tight for conduit. Found union in supply piping leaking. Had to replace. Installed booster as per quote. Tested OK for use. QWP (expedited freight)
Checked and found unit not draining. Found site just had disposer replaced. Found tech did not punch out opening for dishwasher drain.. Removed knock out. Dishwasher now drains. OK for use.
