12-23-2025: Televised and located sewer from 4” floor clean out in laundry room throughout entire house to the 4” cast to 6” clay transition (3’deep) outside, going to propose to line from 4” floor clean out in laundry downstream to wye near toilets also from open hole outside upstream back to wye near toilets, epoxy coat from 2 toilets, epoxy coat from open stack access to coat branch lines for kitchen sink and laundry sink walls need to be opened to cut stack access. 6” pvc clean out will be installed outside when lining work is complete.
