Recommend regrading - There is a grading issue in the back of the suit that should be corrected to solve the water issue. After that the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

During the sale of a house the inspector found the underground duct work was transite pipe which may contain asbestos, so we came in and lined the underground ducts with our duct armor product to seal and encapsulate the transite pipe.

We televised some underground duct work for a customer who had just purchased the home finding that the duct work was transite pipe which may contain asbestos. Many home inspections require the pipe to be encapsulated or removed before the sale of the house is final. We were able to clean the duct work of all dirt/ debris and apply our duct armor product encapsulate the transite pipe leaving a new clean sealed system for the air to flow through!
