Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement closet out to city main. Sewer is all PVC including the main and looks to be in good condition.
Underground ductwork cleaning service call. Cleaned all underground duct work. Rebuilt all registers with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work.
Air duct investigation visit. Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. Both concrete and metal looks in good condition. Will provide a proposal for spray lining to encapsulate transite ducts.
Televised all underground duct work and touched up all areas that needed re application. Recorded entire process.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc showing signs of water infiltration. There are sump pumps in the plenum indicating water entering the plenum even though sump pit is only a few feet away. Depth of the drain til at pit is 19”. Depth of the plenum in deeper that that. Would need to install drain tile deeper that what it is now in order to control water issue.
Televised to check condition after sump pump went out ducts are in good condition.

We are cleaning all of the underground asbestos transite air ducts with our special high powered vacuum. Once all of the debris is cleared from the system, we will encapsulate the air ducts with our rubberized duct lining material. The entire system will receive two coats of duct lining material to ensure the whole system is completely sealed.
