2-11-25 Excavated concrete floor in office on the left side of the building to expose collapsed metal air duct. Removed a piece of concrete that collapsed the metal and cut an access window in the pipe. Cleaned all underground duct work 2/12/25 Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork. 2/21/25 Installed a 2’ patch liner over a section of pipe that was shifted and causing sand to enter system near the left side of the front desk area. Applied second application of duct armor to all underground duct work. Installed a metal plate over section of pipe where we cut an access window. Sealed the plate with hydraulic cement. Backfilled hole with 3/4” stone and cemented floor.
