John was top tier - He started off by going over any concerns that I had as we did a quick walk through the yard. He went above and beyond by removing some large stones that he found in my soil to help with germination of the new seed. Finally, he was very clear on all post seeding instructions and what to expect in the coming weeks. On top of it all, he provided standup customer service - would highly recommend.
