I have tried doing the lawn prep myself. Epic fail. It’s been 9 years and the yard was slowly deteriorating. Since Green Lawn applies out second treatment, the yard is starting to heal itself. Awesome job.

Technician was very friendly- I do think though that the servicing should have been done when the grass was very dry- I can not only track the path of the spreader- but a lot of depressions and scuff marks on the grass were left- ironic for a lawn- improvement company.
