Remove existing kitchen cartridge and install new one. Also remove existing Prv and furnish install new with main house shut off valve. Also install thermal expansion tank with bracket. Customer stated that kitchen sink was leaking. Tested pressure and found pressure to be almost at 120 psi and also that thermal expansion tank has failed. Gave customer quote to replace PRV and shut off valve with thermal expansion tank and kitchen sink cartridge. Customer agreed. Did customer know given the age of the water heater we do have to drain the heater down a little bit in order to replace thermal expansion tank and may cause a leak on the water heater. Went ahead and install new thermal expansion tank with bracket and also new PRV with new main house shut off valve. Tested and set pressure to about 65 psi and no leaks were present at this time. Also replaced kitchen sink cartridge and tested. No leaks present at this time. Cleaned up work area. If water heater starts to leak, we will need to
