Customer had section of cast-iron in basement showing small leaks from underneath pipe. In order to fix issue replaced approximately 12 feet of cast-iron with 4 inch PVC. Added Test tee for easier access to drain system after drain work was installed re-strapped piping for better security and ran water to test for leaks and proper drainage function.
