Return to install water heater and replace pressure regulating valve. Removed old water heater. In order to remove unit, we removed small quarter inch trim pieces of both sides and the bottom of access doorway. I removed door, and reinstalled door after the work. New water heater was installed. Expansion tank and mounting bracket installed. New shit off valve. Removed excessive fittings and removed tension from pipes. Re routed t&p line. Installed drip pan under unit. Secured vent with screws instead of just tape. Removed pressure regulating valve and replaced with new valve. Lao remove all remaining galvanized piping from this section. Installed new hose Bibb, including dedicated shut off valve. Silicone applied to surrounding of hose spigot. When pressurizing I did notice some crossover occur in, which was a complaint previously. Charlie expressed nothin*that is consistent with hot water crossing when pressurized, and expressed this as a low priority as it was not causing hot wa
