Customer had a leaking stop valve from trying to turn off the stops for utility sink to stop leaking faucet. Replaced both hot and cold stop and thermal faucet in the sink with a new Peerless center spread faucet. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leak. None were found. Made customer aware that one escutcheon couldn’t fit under the cold stop because there wasn’t enough room. Let customer know that if any issues occur with stop in the future the cabinet would have to be cut to rework. House pressure was 90 psi. Replaced whole house shutoff and prv.
