For this customer, they are selling their residence and the realtor recommended for them to replace the water heater with a tankless or tank water heater. However, the tankless wouldn’t be a great option considering it. It is a fully electric house so I recommended to go tank for tank rather than trying to do an electric tankless Without a mind. Gave an estimate for tank with the grant for pump either replaced or not replaced or just reinstalled with that in mind it is on a second floor so I would have to charge an additional time to get it installed and bring everything up to code at this time. The homeowner will speak with their spouse in order to see when they would like to get it done at this time is estimate only.
