Call for leaking water heater. Arrived and met with James. He showed me the water heater in the garage. Water heater is ruptured near interior vent, within the top couple inches. I can hear the rupture suckin air in when I drained the unit. Pressure couldn’t be accurately assessed, but prv is an urn Wilkins builder grade prv and is actively dripping. Mr. James had to leave for work, but would like us to return as the first call to get the unit replaced tomorrow, along with a new prv. Gas and water are off to the unit. T&P left open to prevent water pressure from building if crossover is happening. I also discussed the benefits of our membership program.
